Abstract

This study examines the impact of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Price-Earnings (P/E) Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Gross Profit Margin on stock prices in the Pakistani automobile sector. Using financial data from listed companies, the study analyses how these key performance indicators influence stock market trends. The findings reveal significant relationships between these financial metrics and stock prices, providing valuable insights for investors and policymakers. The research highlights the importance of financial performance in investment decisions and contributes to the understanding of stock price determinants in emerging markets. The results can aid in developing more informed and strategic financial decision-making processes.
