Withdrawal Policy
1. Pre-Acceptance Withdrawal:
- Authors have the right to withdraw their manuscript at any time before the final acceptance decision.
- To withdraw, authors should send a clear and concise email notification to the journal editor, stating their intention to withdraw the manuscript.
- There are no charges or penalties associated with pre-acceptance withdrawal.
2. Post-Acceptance Withdrawal:
- After the manuscript has been accepted for publication but before publication is complete, withdrawal may be permitted but will incur administrative fees to cover processing costs already incurred.
- The amount of the fee will be determined by the journal and communicated to the author(s) upon their withdrawal request.
- Withdrawal requests after publication is complete will not be accepted.
3. Reasons for Withdrawal:
- Authors may withdraw their manuscript for any reason, including:
- Discovery of errors or inaccuracies in the research.
- Ethical concerns arising from the research or publication process.
- Change in authorship or ownership of the work.
- Decision to submit the work to another journal.
4. Consequences of Withdrawal:
- Withdrawn manuscripts will not be published in "Journal for Current Sign."
- The journal reserves the right to decline future submissions from authors who withdraw manuscripts without sufficient justification or after incurring publication costs.
- Authors should be aware that any pre-prints or publicly shared versions of the manuscript may still be accessible online, even after withdrawal from the journal.
5. Procedure for Withdrawal:
- To withdraw a manuscript, authors should send a formal email notification to the journal editor, specifying the following:
- Title of the manuscript.
- Names of all authors.
- Date of submission and/or acceptance.
- Reason for withdrawal (optional).
- The journal editor will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request and confirm the status of the manuscript.
- Authors will be informed of any applicable fees and next steps.
