Withdrawal Policy

1. Pre-Acceptance Withdrawal:

  • Authors have the right to withdraw their manuscript at any time before the final acceptance decision.
  • To withdraw, authors should send a clear and concise email notification to the journal editor, stating their intention to withdraw the manuscript.
  • There are no charges or penalties associated with pre-acceptance withdrawal.

2. Post-Acceptance Withdrawal:

  • After the manuscript has been accepted for publication but before publication is complete, withdrawal may be permitted but will incur administrative fees to cover processing costs already incurred.
  • The amount of the fee will be determined by the journal and communicated to the author(s) upon their withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawal requests after publication is complete will not be accepted.

3. Reasons for Withdrawal:

  • Authors may withdraw their manuscript for any reason, including:
    • Discovery of errors or inaccuracies in the research.
    • Ethical concerns arising from the research or publication process.
    • Change in authorship or ownership of the work.
    • Decision to submit the work to another journal.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal:

  • Withdrawn manuscripts will not be published in "Journal for Current Sign."
  • The journal reserves the right to decline future submissions from authors who withdraw manuscripts without sufficient justification or after incurring publication costs.
  • Authors should be aware that any pre-prints or publicly shared versions of the manuscript may still be accessible online, even after withdrawal from the journal.
